The Section seeks to support its members in their awareness of the requirements, standards and best practices required for the planning, development, and execution of all aspects of project controls and in the application of total cost management (TCM) to the scope, cost, and schedule of any particular program or project throughout its life-cycle. We aim to achieve these goals through a variety of professional development seminars, field trips, and networking opportunities, to maintain a lively and active forum for members as well as other professional colleagues in the greater Boston region.
