We are the first iconic fine dining African restaurant located in the heart of DC’s power-dining corridor. Strategically placed within the diplomatic corridors of Washington DC, we are here as THE CONSULATE—-a social hub for African culture with fine dining experience.

As your latest obsession and destination for African food, we not only provide an ambience for fine dining but also provide a space for social and cultural events that fosters US-African engagement. You can host African dialogue, meetings, programs and ceremonial events in our specially designed executive room that sits 50 plus people. Lamb Chops

Lamb Chops Marinated in garlic butter, thyme, and other secret herbs and spices. Then pan-seared and finally, slow-grilled in an open flame.

Boiled, tasty red beans in a creamy coconut sauce.
